Our rates vary, depending on room size and amenities, and range from $115 to $185 (excluding 15% hotel tax). Most the rooms have a private bath, and all rooms have a direct dial free VOIP long distance phone, cable LCD TV, DVD and CD player, and high speed wireless & hardwired Internet access. The room rate includes our full breakfast. Fully furnished kitchen ready apartments some with laundry facilities are available as well. Ask us about our apartments that sleep up to four people.

Parking - Paid parking is found one block down, free parking two and a half blocks up from the Inn.

Minimum Stay Weekends:

2-night minimum stay over weekends.
3-night minimum stay over holidays.
4-night minimum stay over Gay holidays
(Gay Liberation Parade and Folsom St. Fair).

To guarantee your reservation we require a two night deposit charged to a major credit card.

Please note that our cancellation policy requires 14 days notice by phone. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to your reservation, you will be held responsible for the full length of your stay. However, we will do our utmost to re-rent your room and if the room is re-rented, we are able to refund your deposit.
