Our rates vary, depending on room size and amenities, and range from $160 to $295 (plus 15.3215% San Francisco hotel tax). These are summer and winter rates. Most the rooms have a private bath, and all rooms have a direct dial phone, cable LCD TV, DVD and CD player and high-speed wireless WI-FI; plus hardwired Internet access. Rates include daily housekeeping services and our well-known organic full breakfast. Fully furnished kitchen ready apartments (some with laundry facilities) are available as well. Ask us about our apartments that sleep up to four people. (Please note that our self-catering apartments do not include breakfast or daily housekeeping services. The apartments are located on Caselli Avenue & Douglass Street - about a 10 minute walk from the Inn.)

To guarantee your reservation we charge two nights as a deposit on your card, and the remaining balance is due upon arrival. To complete your reservation, reply with the room or apartment you'd like to rent and the following information:
Please note that our cancellation policy requires 14 days notice by phone. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to your reservation, you will be held responsible for the full length of your stay. However, we will do our utmost to re-rent your room and if the room is re-rented, we are able to refund your deposit.
